REPORT FORM

Simple, if you can meet the following criteria and have some time to commit send an email to us containing the following info:

• Name
• DOB
• Address
• Contact Number & Email address
• Age
• Water you are fishing
• PB (s)
• Tackle used
• Style of angling you do
• How much bait you expect to use each session
• The reason you want to do this

To test our bait you must be:

1. Fishing a water that is considered moderately difficult NOT A MATCH TYPE RUNS WATER
2. Able to fish at least twice a month
3. Committed to our reporting policy which means if you catch one you report it ASAP along with pictures
4. Fishing throughout the year
5. Responsible enough not to abuse the offer and report accurate facts
6. Over 15 (In most cases! We may consider applications from younger people if they are up to the mark)
